What are your service rates?
Our service rates vary based on the frequency of visits and the number of dogs. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and one-time cleanings, with pricing tailored to your specific needs.
Will I have a set day for your visit?
Yes, All reoocuring services will be scheduled for a set day.
Is a contract required?
No, this is a month to month service. If you wish to cancel you must send written notification before your next charge.
What is included in your pet waste removal service?
Our service includes the removal of all pet waste from your yard, ensuring a clean and safe environment for your pets and family.
How can I schedule a service with Barefoot Poop Scoops?
You can easily schedule a service by contacting us through our website. In order to be effiecient you will be assigned a day for service Monday-Friday.
What if I am not satisfied?
We will return if you contact us with 24 hours of service for free. Barefoot does the best we can but we are NOT responsible for waste missed due to excessive leaf accumulation, over grown grass/weeds, or any other obstruction caused by overdue lawn maintenance.
Can my dog be outside when you clean?
If you dog is friendly then it is fine. If your dog does not like strangers or will not let us in the yard, then we will not abe able to clean your yard. If your dog is dangerous and you can’t guarantee the dog will be confined when we come, we will have to cancel service. Dog bites are serious and are something we want to avoid. This is not only for our protection, but yours as well.
Should I leave my gate unlocked?
Yes, on your service day you should either leave you gate unlocked or provide a key.
Will you service in bad weather?
Yes, as long as it safe to scoop in the rain.
How do I pay?
A card must be on file prior to service. For reoccuring services we will bill your card on the 1st. We cannot accept checks or cash for ongoing service.
How do I know you have been there?
You will recieve a picture of your closed gate and the poop will be gone.
How are monthly invoices calculated for weekly and biweekly services?
Our monthly pricing is based on the average number of weeks in a month, which is 4.33 (52 weeks ÷ 12
months).
For weekly service, we calculate your monthly invoice as:
Weekly Rate × 4.33
For biweekly service, which occurs every two weeks, we calculate using half the frequency:
Biweekly Rate × 2.165
This ensures consistent monthly billing regardless of whether a month has four or five weeks.
